Welcome to a space where you can express yourself and enjoy freedom! With the help of ceremonial cacao we will open our hearts and tune into the vibrations of our souls. Through ecstatic dance we will free the body from stress and allow ourselves to throw off all masks and be ourselves. We will conclude our practice with a relaxing sound journey of various instruments (gong, drum, Tibetan bowls).
